电子邮件礼节

Email 早已成为我们生活和工作中的一部分，特别是对我们这样IT从业人员来说，单单工作上每天收发很多电子邮件，是很平常的事。然而我工作这些年，发现不能有效利用Email的人大有人在，80后刚毕业的小朋友基本上是都不懂，但60后70后的混迹江湖多年的朋友也有不懂的，唉。遥想我当年刚工作的时候，是专门上了一门培训课《Business Email Etiquette》（商业电子邮件礼节）的。

哎，总结一下，这也是最近给公司里面刚进来的小朋友新同事培训的时候说的东西。
