阿尔卡特和朗讯要合并

最近几天业界的并购消息或者传闻不断：

先是3月23日，朗讯以2亿美元收购了做carrier Ethernet的Riverstone Networks

然后3月24日，传闻华为3COM可能出售给Juniper 出价17亿美元

然后居然看到路透社的这样的新闻标题： Alcatel set to buy Lucent in $34 billion merger
