What got me to post this topic was one I saw this morning. The monitor resolution was said to be 800 x 5000. Could this be true? If so what would such a monitor be used for?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u7136\u540e\u4e00\u4f4d\u8fbe\u4eba\u505a\u4e86\u8be6\u5c3d\u89e3\u91ca\uff1a<\/p>\n

It might not be all that surprising if it’s Opera Mini, as it does run through a proxy server which alters and chunks the content before sending the reformated bits of web page and compressed images to the phone.<\/p>\n

This way, you don’t get caught for the data transfer of some random huge image that is only going to display at 100×100 on your phone.<\/p>\n

So it’ll be a pretty faceless machine, which just be reporting some arbitrary screen size.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
